finish my assignment, I usually surf the Internet, go to facebook and watch shows for entertainment and English improvement. However, I can easily be distracted by chatting with friends, family through Internet when I write an essay or concentrate on my online lab sometimes. As far as I am concerned, I do have to enhance my self-control ability and time management skills.
The sustainable technology I use everyday is the Cellphone. Since I have not signed for any phone plan in Canada, I can only use that for alarm function and telling time. In general, I can not be distracted by the cellphone. I think it is a good way to concentrate myself on other important things instead of texting and chatting with my friends through the cellphone.
